Killer Gin DEMO LINKS (Version 0.8.1)

As of 3/21/17

PC* Demo Download Link = Killer Gin PC Demo

MAC* Demo Download Link = Killer Gin Mac Demo

Linux Demo Download Link = Killer Gin Linux Demo

Browser Version (For PC and Mac, non-safari browser) = Play Killer Gin Online Here!

*The MAC demo is not broken or damaged. That is just your MAC security settings getting in the way. To play the demo, do the following.

MAC -> System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General -> Allow Apps Downloaded from: -> Anywhere! (Click the bottom lock to make changes).

*The PC version sometimes gives this error upon start up: Blah Blah -YepAiBattleCore error.  Microsoft Security Essentials thinks Battle AI Core is a virus. So it removes it as it extracts.

To fix:

Open Microsoft Security Essentials. -> Go to Settings. -> Click “Excluded Files and Locations” -> Click “Browse” -> Find “Yep_BattleAICore.js” and click.

-OR-

Open Microsoft Security Essentials. -> Go to Settings. -> Click “Excluded file types” -> In the top right hand box type “.js” -> Click “Add”.

Please Remember: Killer Gin is far from complete and I am simply looking for constructive criticism so that I may continue to improve the game.

For the, “MAC -> System Preferences -> General -> Allow Apps Downloaded from: -> Anywhere! (Click the bottom lock to make changes).” I want to say that a step between system preferences and general is “Security & Privacy.” I just wanted to add that so people wouldn’t get lost and confused.

    1. Really? No one has reported this to me, and it has been downloaded by a bunch of people and also tested by me…. let me try to download from my PC.

    2. My Mac and PC are playing Killer Gin just fine. However, I did experience the “Error: Failed to load js/plugins/YEP_BattleAICore.js” problem with my laptop. I noticed however my laptop’s malware program say something then it seemed to alter my files (it said erasing malware… its not malware!!), that could be the problem. Or when you de-compress the folder, do so without encryption. Other than that try to download the game from a different PC. Regardless, this caused me to panic and upload the newest version of the game I just finished. The New version works perfect on my Mac and PC and my laptop is still giving me the same error which is very weird. I will look into it, in the meantime try from a different computer.
